We've begun drafting handbooks for all program and board areas, aiming to provide detailed guidance on day-to-day operations in each section, akin to a "cookbook" format. This year, board members and program directors will collaborate with their committee chairs to develop these practical handbooks. Here's the first chapter as a model for the rest of the handbook sections.
