Plant Sale Permit Requirements
https://agr.wa.gov/services/licenses-permits-and-certificates/summary-descriptions/plant-sale-permit Organizations who qualify for an exemption from the nursery dealer's license requirements by being a club, conservation district, or nonprofit association that is conducting no more than three sales per year for not more than four consecutive days. Educational organizations also qualify for the exemption, but are not limited to only three sales per year. The permit is valid for the dates of the sale specified on the application only. The permit fee is $10.00.
